  • Market soundings for transactions that are being considered.
  • Spend analyses so that you can better understand how much you're spending, with whom and in which categories. You can't manage it if you can't measure it.
  • Business case and financial model review to provide additional assurance that the assumptions, structure and logic are appropriate.
