Job Description:
In this role, your responsibilities will revolve around the selection of a company or companies to administer pension investments and benefits programs. Specific responsibilities include:
- Planning for the procurement and developing the documentation in accordance with existing policies, guidelines and norms;
- Assisting in the development of the requirements and specifications;
- Assisting in the development of supporting business cases to justify the transaction;
- Managing and coordinating the transaction from beginning through to evaluation and service provider selection;
- Planning for the transition to a new service provider;
- Liaising between service providers and the organization as required; and
- Assisting in the management of the service agreement.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with the following qualifications:
- Experience in undertaking complex procurements, preferably coupled with HR, is required;
- Demonstrated success in managing large, cross-functional and complex projects preferably including technology;
- Excellent leadership, communication and change management skills required;
- Strong analysis skills related to service specific tasks required;
- Knowledge of pension administration is desired; and
- Outstanding problem resolution, influencing and negotiation skills required.
